
Building Systems Commissioning, Inc. (BSC, Inc.) employs ASHRAE Guideline 1 -
1996 as the basis of our process, and work conforms to the best practices
outlined in the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC) Commissioning Guideline.
BSC, Inc. is a member of the U. S. Green Building Council and our HVAC
commissioning process adheres to the requirements of the Leadership in Energy
and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System Version 2.0 (March
2000) pertaining specifically to Energy and Atmosphere (EA) Prerequisite 1:
Fundamental Building Systems Commissioning and Energy Credit 3: Additional
Commissioning according to the LEED Reference Guide (June 2001). We are
also certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau and a member of
the Building Commissioning Association.

national consent for the production of a new generation of facilities equipped
to deliver high performance inside and out. Council members strive to
develop LEED products and resources as well as develop and maintain alliances

As a member of NEBB, BSC, Inc. must adhere to the strict procedural standards
and specifications for firms and supervisors in the environmental systems
industry. BSC, Inc. must recertify every two years and possess the
